Yesterday AP Psych was studying sleep and dreams. Students took a Sleep Debt test to determine if they were sleep deprived. Then tested to see if students who were considered as sleep deprived actually fell asleep.
Only 1 of the 5 sleep deprived actually fell asleep. Two students that did not score high on the sleep debt fell asleep
So the sleep debt test did not yield consistent results. 😴
