Ms. Parks’s 3D-1, 3D-2, and 3D Honors artists started with line art using string on paper to understand the basics of sewing. They leveled up to hand embroidery, and then dazzled us all with hand-beaded embroidery. Each masterpiece on a mini canvas tote bag! (Perfect to keep their art supplies in). The results? Challenging, unique, and tote-ally stunning. A big shoutout to Mrs. Longstreet for generously donating the tote bags and beads. We couldn’t have done it without you!

FCA is hosting See you at the pole this Wednesday @ 8:00am at the Football Field. All are welcome to come join us for a time of prayer for our school and community!

7th grade science students are learning about the Geosphere. They got hands on with the Rock Cycle and modeled weathering, erosion, and deposition. Then, they added various amounts of pressure to demonstrate the differences between compaction and cementation! They learned that science really does “rock!” 😁
