Last week, our 7th, 8th, and 10th grade social studies students participated in the very first BHS Civics Fair! Students chose to compete in one of four categories: Civic Problem Solver, Justice and Equality, Community Builder, and Compassion in Action.
With over 160 projects presented, the judges were incredibly impressed—not only with the creativity and effort put into each project, but also with the students themselves. Every participant presented their work orally and confidently answered follow-up questions, truly showcasing their knowledge and passion.
We are so proud of our students for representing BHS in such an outstanding way. Their ideas, dedication, and hard work made this event a huge success, and we look forward to seeing some of these projects come to life in our community.
